Gu Ma Jia launches a series of cakes for all to celebrate joyous occasions and remember special moments with loved ones. Famous for their consistent presentation and taste, Gu Ma Jia is also known for their cleanest, freshest ingredients and high quality in everything they do. Patrons and fans can now expect the same level of dedication in the newly launched Cakes by Gu Ma Jia.

Minimum 4 days advance order as our cakes are all handmade with fresh ingredient.  Options to self collect or celebrate at restaurant.

Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake: A slice of heaven, this cake starts off with a strawberry layer on top made with fresh strawberries, followed by a rich yogurt mousse layer in the middle, and sweetly wrapped up with tasty biscuit crust base! Decorated with fresh strawberries by the sides.
Salted Caramel Popcorn Roulade: A vanilla roll cake is filled with salted caramel Chantilly cream, topped off with homemade caramel popcorn. Try this fun and flavourful roll cake today – perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
Pandan Gula Melaka Roulade: A decadent pandan roll cake is filled with our favourite traditional sweetener – Chantilly cream made with gula melaka. Try this modern twist on one of our staple sweet treats – the traditional pandan chiffon cake. Optional: Sweetened dessicated coconut in the cream filling upon request.
Matcha Tofu Cheesecake: A no-bake tofu cheesecake, this delicious indulgence is made with a digestive cookie crust base, and topped off with Japanese matcha powder. This eggless, low fat cake is a healthier option especially for cheesecake lovers! Alternative options: • Mango Earl Grey Tofu Cheesecake: A fruity and earthy combination of flavours, try this fresh mix with a mango tofu cheesecake layer on top, an earl grey tea flavoured tofu cheesecake middle layer and a digestive cookie crust base! • Original Tofu Cheesecake: The low fat tofu cheesecake is topped off with a homemade caramel sauce.



Lemon Meringue Roulade: A twist on conventional chocolate log cakes, this lemon curd lathered with lemon curd Chantily crème is covered in marshmallow meringue frosting. This delightfully flavoured cake melts into a burst of both sweet and sour, instantly lifting anyone’s mood.


Bailey’s Chocolate Cake: A smooth buttercream infused with Bailey’s is layered between chocolate cake. Bailey’s chocolate ganache is also used to add more texture to each bite, and the beautiful chocolate dream is topped off with crunchy chocolate balls.
