Preparation Instructions

  • Gu Ma Jia Black Glutinous Rice Kit 黑糯米

  • 黑糯米 Black Glutinous Rice 150g, 红豆 Red Beans 50g, 椰糖 Gula Melaka 100g
  • You will need: 斑兰叶 Pandan Leaves 3pcs, 水 Water 1 litre
  • 将黑糯米和红豆浸泡在水中2小时
  • Soak black glutinous rice and red beans in water for 2 hours.
  • 用清水冲洗2至3次。Rinse with water 2 to 3 times.
  • 将沸水倒入慢炖锅。Pour boiling water into slow cooker.
  • 把黑糯米和红豆放入慢炖锅。
  • Add in soaked black glutinous rice and red beans into slow cooker
  • 加入斑兰叶和椰糖。Add the pandan leaves and coconut sugar into the slow cooker.
  • 用慢火煮. Set to low heat to slow cook.
  • 偶尔搅拌以避免结块。Stir occasionally to avoid clumps .
  • 煮9个小时。Cook for 9 hours.
  • Gu Ma Jia Signature Dessert 姑妈糖水

  • 银杏坚果 Gingko Nuts 40g, 莲子 Lotus Seeds 30g, 白木耳 White Fungus 15g,
  • 枸杞子 Wolfberries 5g, 百合 Lily Bulbs 10g, 冰糖 Rock Sugar 125g
  • You will need: 斑兰叶 Pandan Leaf 1pc, 水 Water 1.2 litres
  • 分别在热水中浸泡银杏果仁和莲子,直至变软。
  • Soak gingko nuts and lotus seeds separately in hot water till soft.
  • 将白木耳浸泡在室温水中直至膨胀 。
  • Soak white fungus in room temperature water till it expand in size.
  • 将白木耳,斑兰叶和莲子放入沸水中至软。
  • Place white fungus, pandan leaf and lotus seeds in boiling water till soft.
  • 倒入冰糖,银杏果和百合花蕾。煮沸10分钟。
  • Pour in rock sugar, gingko nuts and lily buds. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • 关火。加入枸杞,浸泡 30分钟。
  • Turn off the fire. Add wolfberries and leave it soaked for 30 minutes.
